Administrative email change without approval – wordpress plugin

The problem: I created the website, I change the administration email, but the owner doesn’t validate the change because he can’t or doesn’t want to. I keep getting update messages even though my work is already done. I have been looking for a solution to this, which changes the email address, but for security reasons notifies the owner of the change.
